She earned dual bachelor\u2019s degrees in Accounting and Healthcare Management from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. After graduation, she worked at a CPA firm in Minneapolis, specializing in healthcare clients, where she developed a passion for working directly in healthcare. In pursuit of this goal, Brianna moved to Dallas, TX, where she earned two master’s degrees, Master of Health Systems Management and Master of Business Administration, from Texas Woman\u2019s University.<\/p>\n In 2015, Brianna joined Legend Healthcare as an Administrator in Training (AIT), discovering a passion for managing healthcare facilities. \u201cI thoroughly enjoyed the fast pace and working alongside colleagues who care deeply about the population we serve,\u201d Brianna shared. By 2016, she had earned her Administrator license and began leading operations at North Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. Her ability to foster a positive and results-driven work environment quickly distinguished her.<\/p>\n As Divisional Vice President of Operations for the East, Brianna will oversee the operations of 90 facilities and support future growth and acquisitions.<\/p>\n Brianna shared her thoughts on this new role saying, “I am excited to work more closely with the divisional team and the leaders in the corporate office and am excited to work with all the ADOs and Administrators in the East. I love a challenge and will dive in where I am needed. I want all of CSNHC to be successful,\u00a0and I\u00a0am grateful to do my part.
