In this role, Steve will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, and will work closely with our executive team to support the company\u2019s continued growth and excellence in resident care.<\/p>\n

Before starting in long\u2011term care, he served as Chief Financial Officer at MedStar Mobile Healthcare, where he led initiatives that boosted cash collected per incident by 18% through process improvements and tighter revenue\u2011cycle management.<\/p>\n After three years at MedStar, he accepted the CFO position at Trinity Healthcare, where he strengthened operations and prepared the organization for its next chapter. While there, Steve played an integral role in the sale of Trinity Healthcare, which finalized on February\u202f28,\u202f2025.<\/p>\n Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated the ability to align financial strategy with patient\u2011centered goals.
