Creative Solutions in Healthcare is proud to announce two outstanding leaders stepping into the role of Area Director of Operations: Jordan Golden for Area 17 and Brenton Ray for Area 2. Both joined in August and have already begun making an impact in their areas, and we are thrilled to formally recognize their leadership and the contributions they are bringing to our communities.<\/p>\n

His career path has been defined by a strong commitment to quality and results, with facilities under his leadership achieving notable survey successes and consistently strong star ratings.<\/p>\n Jordan joined Creative Solutions in August and has since been a driving force in supporting the facilities in Area 17. His active leadership and collaborative style have already contributed to the continued growth and success of his area.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.19.5″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Brianna Woodward, Divisional Vice President of Operations, shared, \u201cJordan\u2019s depth of operational knowledge and his ability to inspire others make him an incredible addition to our leadership team. It was during this time that he completed his preceptorship, earning his Nursing Facility Administrator license.<\/p>\n Brenton began his journey with Creative Solutions in April 2024 as the Administrator at Brentwood Terrace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
