Creative Solutions in Healthcare announces the formation of its newest operational division, South<\/strong>, effective March 1, 2026. The new division will join the company\u2019s existing East and West divisions and represents a strategic step forward as Creative Solutions continues to grow its footprint and expand leadership opportunities across the organization.<\/p>\n

In 2021, following a period of exponential growth & expansion, Creative Solutions made the decision to transition into two distinct operational divisions: East and West. This structure allowed for greater operational oversight, stronger leadership alignment, and increased opportunities for internal advancement. Since then, the company has continued with record-breaking growth, averaging 18 acquisitions per year, positioning the company as one of the fastest-growing organizations in long-term care. Building on that success, the creation of the South division represents the next phase in scaling the organization to meet increasing demand across multiple markets.<\/p>\n

The announcement of the South division comes during a period of continued momentum for Creative Solutions in Healthcare, as the organization expands its reach. The company has an extensive pipeline of both real estate and operational acquisitions. Consistent with Creative Solutions\u2019 longstanding philosophy of developing talent from within,\u00a0nearly\u00a0all\u00a0of\u00a0new divisional leadership roles will be filled through internal promotions.
