Effective February 1st 2023, the operations of eight skilled nursing facilities throughout Texas will be managed by Creative Solutions in Healthcare (CSNHC).<\/p>\n
The Fort Worth-based senior living management company purchases all eight homes from Diversicare.<\/p>\n

All of the newly acquired senior living communities are within the State of Texas. The buildings and their locations are as follows:<\/p>\n

The final acquisition will be “Diversicare of Lake Highlands” which will undergo a name change and will be rebranded to “Five Points at Lake Highlands Nursing and Rehab”.<\/p>\n
Across every department, teams worked around the clock in the weeks leading up to the change of ownership to create a seamless transition and instill CSNHC standards into the framework of these new facilities.<\/p>\n
Our incredible culinary team was on site, transforming dietary teams into Creative Solutions Kitchens, ensuring from the first bite of their first meal, residents will be able to taste the Creative Solutions difference. Our White Glove Inspectors were training housekeeping and laundry teams and developing the \u2018Creative Solutions Clean\u2019 mindset in these buildings.<\/p>\n
From Housekeeping, to Clinical, to Operations, and every department in between, we dedicated ourselves to establishing our Creative Differences come acquisition day! We are certain that these new buildings will be great additions to the family, and we look forward to continuing to provide the highest quality of care to all of our residents.<\/p>\n
The change in management company also brings resident family members a new level of transparency<\/a>.
