Creative Solutions in Healthcare, the largest independent owner and operator of long-term care facilities in Texas, has promoted Leila Jones to Vice President of Communications and Frank Salonna to Vice President of Plant Operations.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe events of this past year have brought challenges that none of us could have anticipated nor expected. We\u2019ve experienced some long and difficult days, and through it all, the Creative Solutions in Healthcare team has gone above and beyond to meet the needs of our residents, patients, their families and our communities,\u201d said Gary Blake, co-founder and CEO. \u201cThey\u2019ve done so even through their own personal upheaval caused by this global pandemic. I\u2019m proud of Leila and Frank and grateful for their ongoing efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jones joined Creative Solutions in Healthcare in 2018 as the Director of Social Media. She holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in mass communication, public relations and advertising from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. As the Vice President of Communications, Jones will oversee the branding and communications strategy of Creative Solutions in Healthcare.<\/p>\n

Salonna joined the company in October of 2012. His role first began in the Accounts Payable department. After continually going above and beyond, he was promoted to Director of Physical Plant Operations and will now serve as the Vice President of Plant Operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
