In this role, Brian will oversee plant operations and facility maintenance management across our 150 locations throughout Texas.<\/p>\n

Brian’s career journey began with a strong educational foundation, having earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Argosy University, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration and Planning from The University of North Texas, and an Associate in Applied Science in Disaster Preparedness from the Community College of the Air Force.<\/p>\n
His impressive career includes serving as the National Director of Engineering in support of the Ambulatory Surgery Division of HCA Healthcare, where he successfully managed plant operations and facilities for 165 surgery centers across the United States. His tenure at Medical City Healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic earned him recognition from the office of U.S. Representative, Van Taylor, for his innovative solutions in Emergency Management and Plant Operations.<\/p>\n
Bringing on Brian as the Vice President of Plant Operations reflects Creative Solutions’ commitment to adapt in an era of rapid expansion. Creative Solutions has grown significantly, acquiring nearly 40 buildings in the past year, which has created challenges in overseeing and maintaining company-wide compliance. Brian’s deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency will help to streamline and simplify these processes.<\/p>\n

Brian will work with Creative buildings to ensure facilities meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.\u00a0 He will verify that facilities are supported so that our teams are able to continue to provide the highest quality of care.\u00a0 Some of his major responsibilities will include life safety and compliance, emergency preparedness, major renovation projects, and vendor coordination.<\/p>\n
