Creative Solutions in Healthcare Welcomes Vice President of Finance
The Creative Solutions in Healthcare leadership team is proud to welcome Steve Post to the role of Vice President of Finance. In this role, Steve will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, and will work closely with our executive team to support the company’s continued growth and excellence in resident care.

Steve holds a degree in Business Finance from Kansas State University. Before starting in long‑term care, he served as Chief Financial Officer at MedStar Mobile Healthcare, where he led initiatives that boosted cash collected per incident by 18% through process improvements and tighter revenue‑cycle management.
After three years at MedStar, he accepted the CFO position at Trinity Healthcare, where he strengthened operations and prepared the organization for its next chapter. While there, Steve played an integral role in the sale of Trinity Healthcare, which finalized on February 28, 2025.
Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated the ability to align financial strategy with patient‑centered goals. He is known for collaborative leadership, clear communication, and his commitment to ethical stewardship of resources.

As Vice President of Finance, he will be responsible for optimizing our fiscal health so that Creative Solutions in Healthcare can continue investing in best‑in‑class care and innovative programs for our residents.
Outside the office, Steve and his wife, Melissa, love discovering new hiking trails in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and beyond. They’re also enthusiastic foodies who relish every chance to explore Texas’s vibrant restaurant scene, whether it’s a hidden café or a family‑run barbecue joint.
