Creative Solutions in Healthcare is proud to announce that Vi Le has been promoted to Vice President of Payroll & Talent Acquisition effective May 25th. In this new role, Vi will oversee two critical areas of our organization: ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, as well as supporting the systems and strategies that help us attract strong talent across the company.

Vi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management in 2020 and her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2022, both from the University of Texas at Arlington. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in recruiting, compliance, operations, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration within healthcare organizations.

 

Vi joined Creative Solutions in August 2023 as an Area Recruiter, supporting facilities across the DFW area. From the beginning, she demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, improve processes, and support operational goals while helping facilities meet their staffing needs. Her leadership, organization, and commitment to excellence quickly set her apart and led to continued growth within the organization.

In August 2024, Vi transitioned into the Corporate Recruiter role overseeing the West Division and Corporate Recruiting before being promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition in September 2025. In that role, she led enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives across 182 facilities, partnering closely with operational and HR leadership to strengthen hiring strategies, standardize recruiting workflows, and improve visibility into recruiting metrics and performance.

Among her many accomplishments, Vi created and expanded Creative Solutions’ school partnerships and student outreach pipelines. She also led the transition of therapy recruiting from an outsourced model to fully in-house, and supported large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple divisions.

As Vice President of Payroll & Talent Acquisition, Vi will continue supporting acquisition across the company, while also overseeing payroll operations. Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong collaboration across departments. Her unique background positions her well to lead both functions as Creative Solutions continues to grow.
