Creative Solutions in Healthcare Promotes Angie Rawlinson to VP of Clinical Services, East

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is proud to announce the promotion of Angie Rawlinson to Vice President of Clinical Services, East, recognizing a decade of leadership, growth, and commitment to clinical excellence and resident care.

Angie’s journey reflects the very best of what leadership looks like at Creative Solutions,” said company leadership. “Her dedication to residents, her ability to develop strong clinical teams, and her relentless pursuit of quality outcomes have made a lasting impact across our organization. Angie leads with integrity, compassion, and accountability, and we are confident she will continue to elevate clinical excellence throughout the East Division.”

Angie began her career in long-term care, and joined the Creative Solutions in Healthcare family, in November 2015 as a PRN nurse at The Arbors Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Rusk. Angie discovered her passion for caring for LTC residents and joined The Arbors team full-time as a charge nurse, where she demonstrated strong clinical skills and natural leadership ability. She was quickly promoted to ADON at The Arbors

While continuing to grow professionally, Angie completed her Registered Nurse education through the Creative Solutions LVN-to-RN bridge program

After earning her RN, she was promoted to Director of Nursing. During her time as DON, the facility achieved two deficiency-free surveys. Highlighting her consistent focus on quality systems, staff engagement, and strong clinical oversight.

In 2018, Angie was promoted again to serve as a Regional Compliance Nurse, expanding her impact across multiple facilities in East Texas. In this role, she developed and implemented quality improvement initiatives focused on reducing rehospitalizations, decreasing medication errors, and strengthening fall prevention and pain management programs. She partnered closely with facility leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance while strengthening clinical practices and outcomes across the region.

Recognizing her ability to lead teams and drive clinical improvement, Angie was promoted  in April 2024 to become the Divisional Director of Clinical Services for the East Division. In this role, she provided strategic and operational clinical oversight for approximately 80 facilities and led a team of regional compliance nurses, mentoring and supporting them to drive clinical excellence and regulatory success. She played a key role in onboarding and developing clinical leaders while strengthening survey readiness and improving outcomes across the division.

Now, as Vice President of Clinical Services, East, Angie will continue building on that foundation, supporting clinical teams, strengthening quality initiatives, and ensuring residents across the East Division receive the highest level of care. Tim Brown, will transition into the role of Vice President of Clinical Services for the newly created South Division. This transition will help to ensure strong clinical leadership across all divisions while ensuring continued stability and support for teams throughout the organization.

Reflecting on her promotion, Angie sharedI’m beyond excited and thankful for this opportunity. Being promoted to VP of Clinical Services is a true honor. I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and will continue ensuring the best for our residents.”

Please join us in congratulating Angie on this well-deserved promotion and in celebrating the continued success of the East Division under her leadership.
