CSNHC Promotes Two New Area Directors of Operations

We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates that have been made to our Creative Solutions in Healthcare leadership team. Jessica Jeter has been promoted to the Area Director of Operations of the newly created Area 16 covering the Lubbock and Odessa markets. Amy Stasny has been promoted to the Area Director of Operations for Area 1.

Jessica Jeter, Area Director of Operations for Area 16

Effective April 16, 2025

Jessica comes from a proud legacy in Long-Term Care. With both her father and uncle having served as Administrators, she knew from an early age she wanted to follow in their footsteps. That deep, personal connection to the field has shaped her compassionate leadership style and commitment to quality care.

Jessica began her career with Creative Solutions over 10 years ago, starting as a Marketing & Admissions Coordinator. Her natural talent for relationship-building and community engagement helped boost the facility’s average daily census by 20 residents—a gain she successfully sustained for two consecutive years.

Her leadership potential was quickly recognized, and she was invited to transfer to a sister facility where she not only helped shift the culture but also supported census growth and prepared to enter the Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program. As an AIT, Jessica immersed herself in all aspects of facility operations, from clinical workflows to regulatory compliance.

Her dedication resulted in her earning her Nursing Facility Administrator license in 2020. She then began as the Administrator at Slaton Care Center, where she elevated the facility from a 1-Star to a 5-Star rating within a year. In her second year, her team achieved a Zero-deficiency survey, an accomplishment that speaks to her attention to detail and commitment to regulatory excellence.

Today, Jessica continues to lead with heart, support residents, and strengthen operations across the organization. Her journey reflects not just a career in long-term care, but a lifelong calling.

“Jessica is a natural leader with a rare combination of operational skill and heartfelt compassion. She has consistently raised the bar at every facility she’s led, and I have no doubt she’ll bring that same excellence to Area 16. I’m incredibly proud of her growth and I’m excited to see her take this next step.”

When asked about her promotion Jessica said, “I am both humbled and exhilarated by this opportunity. I’m looking forward to not only cultivating a team that focuses on operational excellence, but one that is impactful with its compassion and resilience.”

Amy Stasny, Area Director of Operations for Area 1

Effective June 1, 2025

Amy Stasny began her journey in long‐term care shortly after earning a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Texas A&M University in 2017. Motivated by a passion for improving residents’ quality of life, she started as an Administrator’s Assistant at Twin Pines North, gaining hands-on experience across departments. Her commitment quickly led to her acceptance into the Administrator-in-Training program, where she completed over 1,000 hours of immersive training alongside seasoned leaders.

In August 2018, Amy became Acting Administrator at Shady Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation, where she led the 60-bed facility through a period of transition, driving improvements in compliance, staff culture, census, and revenue. She earned her Nursing Facility Administrator license in March 2019.

By April 2021, Amy returned to Twin Pines North as Administrator, this time leading the 90-bed short-term rehab facility. She implemented robust quality assurance and infection prevention programs, optimized operations, and enhanced care pathways—resulting in consistent census growth, stronger skilled mix, and exceeded revenue goals.

When Creative Solutions acquired TAG Management in 2022, Amy played a key role in standardizing policies and mentoring new administrators. In 2024, Amy was honored with the Spirit of Creative Award for the West Division, recognizing her innovation, leadership, and dedication to resident-centered care.

With her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech completed in May 2024, Amy remains a vital mentor and operational leader, committed to shaping best practices and advancing outcomes across the organization.

“Amy is the kind of leader who leads with both her head and her heart. She’s constantly learning, constantly growing, and always thinking about how to lift up the people around her. Watching her journey—from Administrator to Area Director—has been nothing short of inspiring. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this opportunity, and I’m excited to see how she continues to shape the future of Area 1.”

Divisional Vice President, West

When asked how she felt about her promotion, Amy shared that she’s “passionate about improving care and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff, and this new position allows me to expand that vision across a broader area.” She continued, saying “it’s a meaningful step in my career, and I’m is grateful for the opportunity to lead in a way that enhances both operational efficiency and the quality of life for our residents.”

The promotion of both Jessica Jeter and Amy Stasny, both previously holding Administrator roles at Creative Solutions in Healthcare facilities, reflects our deep commitment to cultivating employee growth. This is also a step in the right direction as we continue to expand our reach across the state of Texas.

We’re honored to have such well rounded and experienced individuals taking on these roles, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have on our facilities in Areas 1 and 16, and on our organization as a whole.
