Creative Solutions in Healthcare Names Steve Post as Chief Financial Officer
Creative Solutions in Healthcare, a leading Texas-based skilled nursing and rehabilitation operator, announces the appointment of Steve Post as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Post joined Creative Solutions in Healthcare in July 2025 and has already played a critical role in strengthening the organization’s financial operations, enhancing reporting processes, and supporting multiple recent acquisitions. In his expanded role as CFO, he will oversee enterprise-wide financial strategy while working closely with Chris Eamiguel on long-term financial initiatives and strategic growth planning.

A seasoned healthcare finance leader with more than 20 years of experience, Post brings deep expertise in corporate finance, operational performance, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale financial operations, managed multi-entity healthcare organizations, and driven measurable improvements in revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Before joining Creative, Post served as Chief Financial Officer for Trinity Healthcare, LLC, where he managed financial operations across 52 entities and led due diligence for the divestiture of 23 skilled nursing properties. He also previously served as CFO of MedStar Mobile Healthcare, where he increased operating income from $2.5 million to $8.2 million through disciplined forecasting, budgeting, and cost-reduction strategies.
As CFO, Post will lead financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, compliance, and acquisition integration efforts. He will work closely with operational leaders to support day-to-day performance while partnering with the CSO on long-term financial modeling, capital strategy, and enterprise growth initiatives.
