Our Clinical Rotations in Long-Term Care Program is tailored to individuals pursuing careers in healthcare, ​including CNA, nursing, therapy, social work, and healthcare administration. The program is designed to offer ​an understanding of long-term care by immersing participants in various aspects of patient care, ​interdisciplinary collaboration, and facility operations.

Step 2: Program Overview
We will go over the clinical rotation structure, learning objectives, and site expectations with your school. We’ll also review the type of learning experience we offer, including the support, mentorship, and hands-on opportunities available to students during their time with us.
Step 3: Set Up Building Tour
We will review our facility locations with you to determine the best fit for your students. Once a location
is selected, we will schedule a building tour, walk you through the environment, and introduce you to
key team members.
Step 4: Establish Agreement
Once both parties have reviewed and accepted all policies and expectations, we will move forward with
signing an official agreement. This finalizes onboarding details, program start dates, and confirms the
responsibilities of each party throughout the rotation period.
