Creative Solutions in Healthcare Expands with Two New Skilled Nursing Acquisitions in Texas
Fort Worth, Texas, November 1, 2025—
Creative Solutions in Healthcare, the largest skilled nursing operator in Texas, has expanded its statewide network with the acquisition of Post Nursing & Rehabilitation in Post, Texas and the assumption of operations at Hill Country Nursing & Rehabilitation (formerly Caraday of Lampasas) in Lampasas, Texas, effective November 1. With these additions, Creative Solutions now operates 182 long-term care communities across Texas.
As part of the Post acquisition, Creative Solutions will also purchase the facility’s real estate, further strengthening the company’s ongoing investment strategy in long-term care properties across Texas.

The company began transition planning immediately following its early-October announcement to ensure a smooth onboarding of both facilities. Cross-departmental teams worked closely with onsite staff to align operations with Creative Solutions’ standards, prioritizing resident care, team support, and service excellence.
Before the official transition date, Creative Solutions’ culinary experts began converting dietary services into Creative Solutions Kitchens, designed to deliver fresh, innovative, and resident-centered dining.
Additionally, the company’s White Glove inspection and training team collaborated with housekeeping and laundry departments to implement Creative Solutions’ elevated “Creative Solutions Clean” protocols.
