Creative Solutions in Healthcare Acquires All-Female Skilled Nursing Facility in San Antonio, TX
Fort Worth, Texas, October 1, 2025—
Creative Solutions in Healthcare, the largest skilled nursing operator in Texas, has acquired operations & real estate of The Sarah Roberts French Home effective October 1. This expansion brings the company’s statewide footprint to 180 properties, including 158 skilled nursing locations.
The newly acquired facility is located in San Antonio, TX. With this acquisition, Creative Solutions strengthens its presence in the San Antonio market, where it already operates six skilled nursing facilities serving more than 500 residents.

Founded as a non-profit, The Sarah Roberts French Home holds the distinction of being the longest continuously licensed nursing facility in Bexar County. Known for its tradition as an all-female facility, Creative Solutions in Healthcare is committed to honoring that legacy and will continue to operate the home exclusively for women.
As part of its investment, Creative Solutions will be making substantial upgrades to the facility. Planned initiatives include implementing new technologies to improve care delivery and operational efficiencies, enhancing staff resources, and major improvements to the property and physical location.
The company has already completed an expansive renovation on the landscaping, with more improvements to come. These updates ensure the home continues to provide high-quality, compassionate care for women in San Antonio.
