CSNHC Promotes Two New Area Directors of Operations

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is proud to announce two outstanding leaders stepping into the role of Area Director of Operations: Jordan Golden for Area 17 and Brenton Ray for Area 2. Both joined in August and have already begun making an impact in their areas, and we are thrilled to formally recognize their leadership and the contributions they are bringing to our communities.

Gary Blake, President and CEO, shared, “The appointment of Jordan and Brenton reflects the bright future of our company and the talent we continue to develop and attract. Both bring a proven commitment to operational excellence and a passion for resident-centered care. I am confident their leadership will bring strength, stability, and innovation to their areas, and I look forward to watching their impact on our communities.”

Jordan Golden, Area Director of Operations for Area 17

Jordan began his career in long-term care in 2011, quickly establishing himself as a dedicated Administrator before taking on the role of Regional Vice President of Operations. His career path has been defined by a strong commitment to quality and results, with facilities under his leadership achieving notable survey successes and consistently strong star ratings.

Jordan joined Creative Solutions in August and has since been a driving force in supporting the facilities in Area 17. His active leadership and collaborative style have already contributed to the continued growth and success of his area.

Brianna Woodward, Divisional Vice President of Operations, shared, “Jordan’s depth of operational knowledge and his ability to inspire others make him an incredible addition to our leadership team. He approaches every challenge with focus, professionalism, and heart. I know he will continue to push Area 17 toward even greater success.”

When asked about this role, Jordan shared, “I am proud of the great surveys, star ratings, and overall successes many of our facilities have celebrated. I am excited to provide active support to Area 17 facilities and look forward to growing with Creative.”

Brenton Ray, Area Director of Operations for Area 2

Brenton entered the long-term care field in 2018 as a rehab technician while completing his undergraduate studies. It was during this time that he completed his preceptorship, earning his Nursing Facility Administrator license.

Brenton began his journey with Creative Solutions in April 2024 as the Administrator at Brentwood Terrace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. During his time there, he successfully led a culture shift that improved the resident experience, survey outcomes, employee retention, and census growth- results that highlight his dedication to both people and performance.

It is this dedication that ultimately led him to earning his new role as Area Director of Operations for Area 2.

Brianna shared her excitement about his promotion, saying, “Brenton has shown tremendous leadership in a short period of time. His ability to transform culture, strengthen teams, and put residents at the center of every decision is exactly what Creative Solutions is all about. I am confident his leadership will make a lasting difference for Area 2.”

Brenton reflected on his promotion, saying, “I am honored to have been selected to lead positive change for Area 2, and it’s my commitment to the vision and mission of Creative Solutions in Healthcare that will empower our facility leaders to improve the operations and care for the remarkable residents within our communities.”

The promotions of both Jordan Golden and Brenton Ray reflect Creative Solutions’ ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership and fostering growth within our organization. With their combined experience and passion for care, we are confident they will continue to elevate standards and inspire their teams to achieve remarkable outcomes.
