In addition to staying connected to our residents and their families, we wanted to extend our reach to the industry workforce. This decision is rooted in our core pillar of valued employees and compassionate clinical care. We want our residents to have the best treatment by top talent in the industry.

“We want to excite and educate a younger generation about long-term care,” says Vice President for Communications, Leila Jones. “Our decision-makers are getting younger, and we want to start building their trust online. We hope to use this platform as an opportunity to combat common stigmas about the long-term care community.”

Creative Solutions in Healthcare’s social media presence grows as its Facebook page has more than 2,600 followers.

“We create daily, specific to each platform, to ensure the content we share is relevant to our audience. The value from following our Facebook page is going to be different than the value gained from following our Instagram page,” continued Jones.

Social Media Assistant for CSNHC, Larisa Molinar, pushed for the initiative. “The use of Instagram will be a way for us to better connect with our followers through visually engaging content and even attract new ones,” said Molinar. “There are so many tools for organic growth on Instagram that don’t exist on other platforms. We hope to engage with each audience to boost our online presence everywhere,” Molinar continued.
