Two Acquisitions to Kick-Off 2023
Creative Solutions in Healthcare acquires two skilled nursing facilities on New Years Day, January 1st 2023.
The company has experience substantial growth in 2022 and is on-track to repeat this growth with its latest acquisitions.
Heritage at Longview and Heritage at Turner Park, previously operated by Southwest LTC, will change management effective 1/1/23.
“We are thrilled to expand our existing footprint in East Texas with our third community in Longview; each facility is strategically located throughout the town. We are equally excited to have our first home in Grand Prairie, TX which will expand our reach in the greater DFW metroplex.
As with all of our growth, we see this as an opportunity to serve the seniors of Texas, the Greatest Generation,” said Gary Blake, President and CEO of Creative Solutions in Healthcare.
This change in management comes just one month after acquiring 6 senior living options- five skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living facility from SAVA Senior Care on December 1st, 2022.
Creative Solutions in Healthcare places a deep emphasis on cleanliness, quality meals, exceptional nursing services, and customer service. The company attributes its success to being resident-centered, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of residents above all else.
This expansion brings the company’s current total to 121 individual campuses (130 licensed facilities).
