Employee Education Program

All employees, regardless of status or classification, are required to complete mandatory training as defined by Federal, State, and company policies. This facility provides multiple avenues of training that include an online learning management system, external CEU training, reimbursement for program or licensure training, and more. For additional information about education opportunities, please contact the Benefits office.

Tuition/CEU Reimbursement

The facility recognizes the importance of staff professional development. To promote staff development, the company has implemented an education assistance program for staff that has been with the company for twelve consecutive months and work at least 30 hours per week. This monetary assistance may be used to offset costs incurred while seeking continued education from an accredited college or university.

Bonus Programs

This company has developed bonus incentive plans to encourage employees to demonstrate outstanding work outcomes. Bonus programs include White Glove, Survey, Marketing, Creating Excellence, Accounts Receivable, Dietary Management, and MDS.

Clinical Learning Systems

This Learning System is for training and in-servicing employees. Learning System is an online training program that provides routine and specialized training in the facility. The facility has provided a workstation for the LMS program that is available to all employees on a twenty-four-hour-a-day basis. It is the responsibility of each employee to log in to the internet-based program and complete the classes listed on their assignment record.

LVN to RN Bridge Program

The facility recognizes the importance of staff professional development. To promote staff development, the company has implemented an education assistance program for staff that has been with the company for twelve consecutive months and work at least 30 hours per week. For our currently employed LVNs that have commited to continue their studies toward an RN degree, we offer an exemplary incentive to complete the next level of their education.

PTO that Increases with Tenure

The company provides generous PTO that increases with your tenure—time spent employed by the company.

401K Program

This facility offers an employee-funded 401K Program for Retirement Savings. The contributory tax-deferred plan helps employees prepare for retirement. The facility matches up to 1%, based on earnings.
