Alice Riley, ADO Area 1
Effective September 3rd
Alice’s career in healthcare began in 1995, when she worked her way up from Dishwasher to becoming the Dietary Manager at Coronado Nursing and Rehab in El Paso. She worked held this role while attending New Mexico State University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science Health Care Management.
After nearly 6 years as a Dietary Manager, Alice transitioned into Human Resources, a role she says she loved for its ability to enhance both employee satisfaction and the quality of care for residents.
In 2009, Alice decided to pursue her goal of becoming an Administrator, starting her AIT program at Oasis Nursing and Rehab and helping the facility transition to Creative Solutions in Healthcare. While her path briefly took her outside of Creative Solutions, she returned as the Administrator for Oasis Nursing and Rehab, where she played a key role in turning the facility into a 5-star building and one of the top earners.
Alice then moved to San Antonio in 2014 to become the Administrator at Huebner Creek Nursing and Rehab, where she helped elevate the facility to 5-star status and secured key contracts, including WellMed and VA preferred contracts. Under her leadership, Huebner Creek saw over 1,196 admissions in a single year, becoming one of the top three referral sites in the San Antonio Medical Center market.
In late 2020, Alice joined Regent Care at the Medical Center, eventually working her way up to Regional Director of Operations. However, the foundation she built at Creative Solutions in Healthcare remained strong.
“I jumped at the opportunity to return. I am excited and eager to be in this new role and hope to be an asset and a resource for the buildings to succeed following the Creative Solutions in Healthcare foundations.”
Anish Abraham, ADO 13
Effective November 1st
Anish began his journey in long-term care in 2005, right out of high school, as an activity volunteer. His passion for improving residents’ lives grew as he witnessed the transformative impact of therapy. This inspired him to pursue a career in occupational therapy. After graduating in 2014 with a master’s in occupational therapy, Anish launched his career as an OT in long-term care at what is now Five Points of Lake Highlands.
Within a few years, he stepped into a leadership role as the Director of Rehabilitation and later transitioned into case management. In 2020, Anish realized his desire to make a larger impact and began his AIT journey, which led him to become a Nursing Home Administrator at Treemont Healthcare and Rehab. By early 2022, he returned to Five Points of Lake Highlands as the Administrator.
In February 2023, Anish joined the Creative Solutions in Healthcare family when the building was acquired. Some of his proudest career moments have come from witnessing the success of residents through therapy. As an Administrator, Anish worked closely with his team, implementing systems that improved operational efficiency and increased resident satisfaction.
“I am thrilled about my recent promotion, as it allows me to collaborate with many facility operators to propel Area 13 to the forefront of resident care outcomes and experiences in Creative Solutions in Healthcare. Together, as a cohesive team, we aspire to set a new standard of excellence in long-term care.”
Taylor Gaston, ADO 14
Effective November 1st
Taylor began her long-term care career with Creative Solutions in Healthcare in 2004, starting as a CNA & Medication Aide at Granbury Care Center. She continued pursuing her education and completed her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Herzing University. Driven by a passion for resident care and leadership, she completed her AIT with Creative Solution in 2008 and has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since.
Taylor worked in several facilities before rejoining Creative Solutions as the Administrator at The Park in Plano in 2023. She has consistently excelled at fostering positive work environments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing daily operations such as staffing, budgeting, and resident care.
Taylor shared that one of her proudest moments has been at The Park in Plano, where she successfully implemented Creative Solutions’ Core Pillars after the acquisition. She said this approach not only brought about positive outcomes for residents, but also inspired the entire team. Her outstanding leadership at The Park expanded her role to assisting with acquisitions and onboarding new team members, further contributing to Creative Solutions’ growth and success.
