Creative Solutions in Healthcare Promotes Brianna Woodward to Divisional Vice President of Operations
Gary & Malisa Blake, and the Executive Officers of Creative Solutions in Healthcare, are thrilled to announce that Brianna Woodward has been promoted to Divisional Vice President of Operations for the East effective November 1st.
Gary Blake, President and CEO of Creative Solutions in Healthcare shared his congratulations saying, “Brianna has demonstrated exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to improving patient care across our facilities. Her extensive experience, and the noticeable impact that she has made during her tenure with Creative make her the perfect fit for this role.”
Brianna’s career started with a strong educational background. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Healthcare Management from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. After graduation, she worked at a CPA firm in Minneapolis, specializing in healthcare clients, where she developed a passion for working directly in healthcare. In pursuit of this goal, Brianna moved to Dallas, TX, where she earned two master’s degrees, Master of Health Systems Management and Master of Business Administration, from Texas Woman’s University.
In 2015, Brianna joined Legend Healthcare as an Administrator in Training (AIT), discovering a passion for managing healthcare facilities. “I thoroughly enjoyed the fast pace and working alongside colleagues who care deeply about the population we serve,” Brianna shared. By 2016, she had earned her Administrator license and began leading operations at North Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. Under her guidance, North Park achieved positive financial results, outstanding survey outcomes, and improved customer service scores.
In August 2023, Brianna became the Area Director of Operations, overseeing eight facilities in Area 13, where she improved financial outcomes while maintaining high standards for compliance, collections, and patient care. Her ability to foster a positive and results-driven work environment quickly distinguished her.
As Divisional Vice President of Operations for the East, Brianna will oversee the operations of 90 facilities and support future growth and acquisitions.
Brianna shared her thoughts on this new role saying, “I am excited to work more closely with the divisional team and the leaders in the corporate office and am excited to work with all the ADOs and Administrators in the East. I love a challenge and will dive in where I am needed. I want all of CSNHC to be successful, and I am grateful to do my part. I am genuinely excited to work with all the leaders of this amazing company.”

I have been proud to watch my whole Area grow as a team. All departments support each other. When a challenge is presented at one facility, I know I have other teams that will be there in support.
