Gary & Malisa Blake are proud to share the promotion of Lisa Ridley to the new position Vice President of Quality.

Lisa has worked as a nurse for over 30 years. She began working as Certified Nurse Aide while attending nursing school. Throughout her career she has served as a Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse Consultant, Divisional Director of Clinical Services, Director of Compliance, and she has spent the last year at Creative Solutions in Healthcare as our Director of Quality. Lisa’s entire work history has been in long-term care. She is fiercely dedicated to serving the greatest generation.

Incredibly credentialed, Lisa holds a master’s degree in nursing, a wound care certification, an infection prevention certification, and is a licensed nursing facility administrator. Her passion for education is only surpassed by her love for teaching and mentorship. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, learning something new each day, and spending time with her family.
