White Glove Inspections

Our team of White Glove Inspectors are skilled professionals who undergo extensive education and credentialling through the Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE). The team conducts in-depth inspections of each of our facilities at least twice per year. These inspections cover every area in and out of the facility- common spaces, resident rooms, activity spaces, therapy gym, etc., with special attention to areas with more commonly touched surfaces, like kitchens, handrails, and bathrooms.

Scoring System

After a thorough facility inspection is complete, the facility is scored on a scale of 1-100, based on cleanliness, following of procedures, and areas for improvement. This scoring is objective and ensures that our facilities are meeting our standard of cleanliness and improving where needed.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Our program is not only about inspection but also about education and support.  If a facility falls short of our White Glove standards, the entire housekeeping team receives immediate training and guidance from our White Glove Inspectors.  After this retraining, these facilities receive a follow-up inspection to ensure they meet or exceed the Creative Solutions Clean standard.

This focus on improvement is key to maintaining a high level of quality. We don’t just inspect; we partner with our staff to guarantee that every area is up to par. This training is tailored to address specifically identified issues and results in real improvements in cleanliness and care.
