Gary Blake and Malisa Blake are thrilled to announce the promotion of Steve Egger to the role of Vice President of Technology. With this promotion, Steve will take on expanded responsibilities, including leading the HelpDesk team and spearheading projects aimed at enhancing the organization’s capabilities, efficiency, and security. His exceptional ability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives has had a profound impact on Creative Solutions’ ongoing digital transformation.

Steve’s remarkable journey with Creative Solutions began nearly 19 years ago. As an Airforce Veteran and a DeVry University graduate, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and success. Steve takes immense pride in developing and fostering an incredible culture in the IT department, built on principles of respect, and caring.
Moreover, he expressed his pride in the department’s involvement in the company’s acquisitions, citing their refined process that “not only improves new employees’ productivity but also introduces them to the refreshing Creative Solutions culture.”
This new role will allow Steve to continue playing a crucial part in shaping the digital landscape of this company. While overseeing all aspects of the IT infrastructure and driving further innovation, he will also be working to ensure our technologies remain aligned with our core values and objectives.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time in his garden, humorously mentioning that he has a “succulent problem,” and cherishes every moment with his son and daughter.
