Creative Solutions in Healthcare is proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Bott to Vice President of Accounts Receivable

Since rejoining the organization last December, Ashley has quickly made a meaningful impact, and this promotion reflects both her leadership and the confidence we have in her ability to guide one of the most critical functions in our organization.

Ashley brings more than 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a proven track record of driving financial performance, improving collections, and building strong, scalable systems. Throughout her career, she has led revenue cycle operations across large portfolios, consistently delivering measurable results, from improving cash flow by tens of millions of dollars to reducing aging accounts receivable and strengthening compliance and reporting structures.

Chief Operations Officer Auston Clanton shared, “We’re excited to promote Ashley into the Vice President of Accounts Receivable role. She brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise, operational insight, and the ability to lead and develop strong teams. Ashley understands our organization, our expectations, and where we’re going. Her experience and leadership will be key as we continue to strengthen our revenue cycle processes and support the long-term success of our facilities.”

Ashley began her long-term care career with Creative Solutions in 2006 and spent more than a decade growing within the organization, ultimately serving as the company’s first Director of Accounts Receivable. After gaining additional executive leadership experience across several major organizations, she returned to Creative with a broader perspective and an even stronger ability to lead at scale.

This transition also aligns with a thoughtful leadership plan developed over time. Linda Huggins, who has led Accounts Receivable for more than two decades, recently stepped into her new role as Director of Hospice & Medicaid Pending. Linda has long been intentional about preparing for the future of the department and shared her confidence in Ashley’s leadership:

When Ashley joined our family in 2006, my intention was for her to one day hold this title. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, deep expertise in revenue cycle operations, and a strong commitment to our teams and communities. I have complete confidence in her ability to lead this team forward and continue building on our success.” – Linda Huggins, newly named Director of Hospice & Medicaid Pending.

Ashley’s leadership style is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She has a strong focus on developing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our business office operations are positioned to support both financial performance and the delivery of high-quality care.

In her role as Vice President of Accounts Receivable, Ashley will oversee the continued development of our revenue cycle strategy, working closely with facility leaders, business office teams, and corporate departments to drive consistency, improve outcomes, and support Creative Solutions’ ongoing growth.

Ashley shared what this opportunity means to her saying:

“I’m excited to step into the role of Vice President of Accounts Receivable. Returning to an organization that feels like home makes this opportunity especially meaningful, and I’m grateful to lead our AR teams with a broader perspective and an even stronger commitment to long-term care excellence. I believe success in revenue cycle starts with alignment and trust, and I look forward to working closely with our leadership, business office teams, and frontline staff to build a culture of accountability, transparency, and results. This role carries a tremendous responsibility in supporting the financial health of a growing organization, and I’m ready for the challenge. I’m especially grateful to continue working alongside Linda Huggins, my longtime mentor, and to collaborate with such a dedicated and talented team across our communities. The best is ahead.”
