Creative Solutions in Healthcare Welcomes VP of Business Development
Fort Worth, Texas, January 1, 2024— CSNHC Welcomes Cyndi Rogers to the Role of Vice President of Business Development
Gary Blake, Malisa Blake, and the executive team are proud to welcome Cyndi Rogers, as the new Vice President of Business Development. Cyndi brings with her a wealth of experience and track record of outstanding accomplishments.
Her journey in healthcare began as a weekend LVN in a long-term care community. She went on to achieve her RN license and became a Director of Nursing. She served as a DON for 14 years in a variety of settings including hospital cardiac units, and on ICU floors.
In 2018, Cyndi went into healthcare marketing. She was quickly promoted to Area Director after growing both overall and skilled census. She was then promoted again to Regional Director of Business Development where she led marketers & facility teams to build census. She created programs and developed clinical capabilities within facilities to set them apart from their competitors.
Cyndi is not only a results-driven professional but also an exceptional team leader. She shared that she most enjoys developing teams to become high performers.
Throughout her time in marketing and business development, Cyndi broke multiple census records in both ADC and skills mix.
