October acquisition expands the company’s statewide footprint, welcoming seven skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living community into the Creative family.

 

Fort Worth, Texas October 15th, 2026 —Creative Solutions in Healthcare continues to grow its presence across Texas, welcoming eight new communities to its portfolio following an October 1st acquisition from Focused Post Acute Care Partners.

The expansion includes seven skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities and one assisted living community, extending Creative Solutions’ reach across West and Central Texas and bringing additional communities into one of the state’s largest networks of long-term and post-acute care providers.
